MAISON VARENN ships worldwide. Every order ships within hours.

Costs

Free standard shipping on every order. Express is available at checkout for select destinations.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 5 to 12 business days, anywhere in the world.

Tracking

We send tracking the moment your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder or email maisonvarenn@gmail.com.

Customs and duties

We declare every package at fair value. We cannot prevent customs or import duties that your country may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or stuck packages

If a tracked package shows no movement for 15 business days, email maisonvarenn@gmail.com with your order number. We investigate and either resend or refund.

Damaged on arrival

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace damaged pieces at no cost.

Address changes

Email maisonvarenn@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering. After that, the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be modified.
